Travel is included for events located in Tampa, Orlando, Plant City, Clearwater and St. Pete. Additional fees may apply for travel to Miami, Jacksonville and other locations.

We will be present for the entirety of your wedding. Note: Because we do effectively abide by our timelines, there may be additional fees for any event lasting longer than 8 hours.
Our booking calendars are open 24 months out so any wedding or event within 24 months we are more than happy to plan.
Having a planner is still highly recommended even if your venue offers a coordinator. Venue Coordinators are helpful, however, a venue coordinator’s main responsibility is the venue itself. Some of their responsibilities are making sure the doors are unlocked at the appropriate times, adjusting the thermostat, ensuring that restrooms are stocked, etc.

Everyone! Typically, each contracted vendor is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. If we have supplied any decorations for your event, we will break down and pack those items.
